摘 要:姜黄素是一种脂溶性多酚类化合物,是姜黄发挥药理作用的主要成分,是从姜黄的根茎中提取得来的。目前研究发现,姜黄素具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗纤维化、抗氧化应激等药理作用。在临床研究中,抗炎治疗一直是重点。近年来对姜黄素抗炎作用的研究越来越受关注,因其强大的抗炎活性被广泛应用于各种炎症相关性疾病的治疗中,如糖尿病肾病、阿尔茨海默病、类风湿性关节炎、非酒精性脂肪肝、动脉粥样硬化、结肠炎等。本文旨在通过归纳姜黄素抗炎作用,为临床上治疗炎症性疾病提供参考。Curcumin is a fat-soluble polyphenol compound.It is the main ingredient in turmeric for its pharmacological effects,which is extracted from the root and stem of turmeric.Current studies have found that curcumin has anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-fibrosis,anti-oxidative stress and other pharmacological effects.In clinical research,anti-inflammatory treatment has always been the focus.In recent years,the research on curcumin’s anti-inflammatory effect has attracted more and more attention.Because of its strong anti-inflammatory activity,curcumin is widely used in the treatment of various inflammatory related diseases,such as diabetic nephropathy,Alzheimer’s disease,rheumatoid arthritis,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,atherosclerosis,colitis and so on.This paper aims to summarize the anti-inflammatory effect of curcumin and provide reference for the clinical treatment of inflammatory diseases.
