摘 要:利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、透射电镜等分析手段研究了不同含Y_(2)O_(3)渣系对Y-CLAM钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:相比于70CaF_(2)-30Y_(2)O_(3)渣系电渣重熔后的Y1-CLAM钢,经40CaF_(2)-30CaO-30Y_(2)O_(3)渣系电渣重熔后的Y2-CLAM钢具有更高质量分数的Y,即适度提高渣系中CaO质量分数可提高Y-CLAM钢中Y元素收得率;在相同的热处理制度下,Y1-CLAM钢和Y2-CLAM钢均为回火马氏体组织;2炉实验钢晶粒尺寸、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率相近,但Y2-CLAM钢室温冲击功明显高于Y1-CLAM钢;Y2-CLAM钢韧脆转变温度(DBTT)比Y1-CLAM钢降低了12℃。The effects of different Y_(2)O_(3)-bearing slags on the microstructure and properties of Y-CLAM steel were studied by means of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that, compared with the Y1-CLAM steel electroslag remelted by 70 CaF_(2)-30 Y_(2)O_(3) slag, the Y2-CLAM steel after 40 CaF_(2)-30 CaO-30 Y_(2)O_(3) slag electroslag remelting has a higher mass fraction of Y, that is, moderate increasing the mass fraction of CaO in the slag can increase the yield of Y element in Y-CLAM steel;under the same heat treatment system, both Y1-CLAM steel and Y2-CLAM steel are tempered martensite structures;The grain size, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the two experimental steels are similar, but the room temperature impact energy of Y2-CLAM steel is significantly higher than that of Y1-CLAM steel;The ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT) of Y2-CLAM steel is 12 ℃ lower than that of Y1-CLAM steel.
