摘  要:结合巴塘水电站工程,针对垫层蜗壳和直埋蜗壳,研究对比钢蜗壳及外围混凝土的受力特性。研究表明:直埋蜗壳在外露部位的应力存在应力突变,蜗壳钢板整体结构受力不均匀。垫层蜗壳不仅可以发挥埋入混凝土内的蜗壳钢板承担内水压力的能力,还能使蜗壳整体结构的应力均匀。Based on Batang hydropower stationengineering,this paper studies and compares the mechanical characteristics of the steel spiral case and the surrounding concrete for the spiral case with cushion layer and the complete bearing spiral case.Research shows that there is a sudden change in stress in the exposed part of the complete bearing spiral case,and the overall structure of the spiral case steel plate is not uniformly stressed.The spiral case with cushion layer can not only exert the ability of the spiral case steel plate embedded in the concrete to bear the internal water pressure,but also make the stress of the overall structure of the spiral case uniform.
