摘 要:目的:探讨血清维生素A、D水平与生长迟缓儿童骨密度不足程度的相关性。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年12月在本院接受治疗的112例骨密度不足的生长迟缓患儿作为研究组,并纳入112例正常儿童作为对照组。比较两组血清维生素A、D水平与骨密度值,比较不同骨密度情况患儿血清维生素A、D水平,分析血清维生素A、D与生长迟缓儿童年龄、骨密度的相关性。结果:与对照组比较,研究组血清维生素A、D水平与骨密度值均更低(P<0.05);与骨密度轻度不足患儿比较,骨密度中度及重度不足患儿血清维生素A、D与骨密度均更低(P<0.05);血清维生素D与年龄、骨密度均呈正相关(P<0.05),血清维生素A与年龄、骨密度均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:骨密度不足的生长迟缓儿童血清维生素A、D水平均降低,且维生素D与年龄、骨密度具有相关性。临床中对血清维生素A、D水平进行监测有利于尽早判断骨密度不足,可进行早期干预,具有临床意义。Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum vitamin A and D levels and bone mineral density deficiency in children with growth retardation.Method:A total of 112 growth retardation children with bone mineral desity who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study group,and 112 normal children were included as the control group.The levels of serum vitamin A,D and bone mineral density were compared between two groups,the levels of serum vitamin A and D in children with different bone mineral density were compared,and the correlations between serum vitamin A,D and age,bone mineral density of growth retardation children were analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group,the levels of serum vitamin A,D and bone mineral density in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with children with mild bone mineral density deficiency,children with moderate and severe bone mineral density deficiency had lower serum vitamin A,D and bone mineral density(P<0.05).Serum vitamin D was positively correlated with age and bone mineral density(P<0.05),while serum vitamin A was not correlated with age and bone mineral density(P>0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of vitamin A and D in growth retardation children with bone mineral density deficiency are decreased,and vitamin D is correlated with age and bone mineral density.The monitoring of serum vitamin A and D levels in clinic is helpful for early judgement of bone mineral density deficiency and early intervention,which has clinical significance.
