摘  要:以3种不同浓度的除虫脲为试材,采用菌丝生长抑制率法、菌丝干质量法,研究白背毛木耳菌丝对除虫脲的敏感性,同时以拌料方式施药于白背毛木耳栽培料,研究除虫脲防治白背毛木耳真菌瘿蚊的效果,并检测试验处理的农残情况,以期为除虫脲防治毛木耳真菌瘿蚊技术提供参考依据。结果表明:供试的除虫脲浓度对白背毛木耳菌丝生长速度抑制作用小,均低于10%。而2500倍除虫脲T1处理对白背毛木耳菌丝体生长量有一定的抑制作用。供试的除虫脲浓度对产量无明显不利影响,由于污染菌包数量减少,单包平均产量均提高。2500倍除虫脲T1处理,菌株1261、B2872平均单袋产量分别比对照提高21.81%、31.91%,差异均达极显著水平。2500倍除虫脲T1处理,菌株1261的真菌瘿蚊发生率仅3.06%,比对照(20.56%)降低85.12%。菌株B2872发生率为9.72%,比对照(20.56%)降低64.65%。各试验处理子实体均未有农残危害。2020—2021年示范2500倍除虫脲拌入发酵料中防治毛木耳真菌瘿蚊,示范2万袋,虫害降低83.3%,示范效果好。Taking three different concentrations of diflubenzuron as the test materials,mycelial growth inhibition rate and stem mass method were utilized to research the sensitivity of Auricularia cornea to diflubenzuron.Simultaneously,the effects of diflubenzuron on the control of Mycophila fungicola of Auricularia cornea and the pesticide residue of the experimental treatment were studied by applying the mixture to the cultivation material of Auricularia cornea,in order to provide a reference for the control of deinsectization against Mycophila fungicola.The results showed that the inhibitory effect of diflubenzuron concentration on mycelial growth of Auricularia cornea was less than 10%.In contrast,2500 times diflubenzuron T1 treatment had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of mycelium of Auricularia cornea.The concentration of diflubenzuron had no obvious adverse effect on the yield,and the average yield of single packet increased due to the decrease of the number of contaminated bacteria packets.Compared with the control,the average single bag yield of strains 1261 and B2872 in the treatment of 2500 times deworming T1 treatment increased by 21.81%and 31.91%,respectively.And the difference between the control group and the treatment was extremely significant.In T1 treatment of 2500 times,the incidence of strain 1261 was only 3.06%,85.12%lower than control(20.56%);the incidence of strain B2872 was 9.72%,which was 64.65%lower than that of the control(20.56%),similarly.There was no pesticide residue harm in the fruiting bodies treated in each experiment.From 2020 to 2021,2500 times deinsectization was mixed into fermentation material to control the gall midge of fungus trichofungus.In 20000 bags experiment,the decrease of the pest rate was 83.3%,which was good effect.
