华北地区林地小拱棚栽培羊肚菌技术

摘　　要：羊肚菌人工种植近年来才在华北地区取得成功,并有少量规模化种植。华北地区地处暖温带,四季分明,降水偏少,春秋季短促,年平均气温5~20℃。羊肚菌菌丝生长最佳温度20~24℃,在华北地区适宜暖冬、暖春种植,暖冬、暖春气温相对较高,温差较大,能有效刺激菌丝体形成。偶遇适宜年份产量好,效益高;冬、春季节寒冷的年份,则产量明显减少,甚至绝收。因此,受天气影响较大,产量极不稳定,该地区目前并不适宜大规模化种植和跟风种植。林地小拱棚栽培羊肚菌模式,充分降低了种植成本和种植风险,遇见暖温天气的年份667 m^(2)投入约2500元,可取得约6万元的收益。The number of small-scale artificial cultivation of morels has been successful in North China in recent years.North China is located in the warm temperate zone,with four distinct seasons,less precipitation,a short of spring and autumn.The annual average temperature is 5-20℃.The optimum growth temperature of morels mycelium is 20-24℃.In warm winter,it is suitable for planting morels North China.Large temperature differences in North China can effectively stimulate mycelium formation.The yield of morels is high and the benefit is good under appropriate temperature.In spring and winter,you will get nothing if the temperature is too low,because its yield is influenced by the temperature.Therefore,it is not suitable for large-scale planting,and do not as a copy cat.The cultivation mode of morels in woodland can reduce the planting cost and the planting risk.The investment is 2500 RMB per 667 m^(2)of land,60000 RMB in the appropriate climate conditions can be gotten.
