摘  要:[目的]建立黄芪枸杞子配伍中多糖的提取工艺,为后续应用及研究提供理论依据。[方法]采用单因素实验考查提取时间、提取温度、料液比及微波功率4个因素对多糖含量的影响,然后利用L9(34)正交表设计实验方案。[结果]最优提取工艺为提取时间30 min,提取温度45℃,料液比为1∶30,提取功率600 W。提取液多糖平均含量为13.84 mg·g-1,RSD为4.56%。[结论]该工艺省时、高效、简单,稳定可靠。To establish the extraction process of Polysaccharides from Astragalus membranaceus and Lycium barbarum, and provide theoretical basis for further application and research, a single factor experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, ratio of material to liquid and microwave power on polysaccharide content, and then L9(34) orthogonal table was used to design the experimental scheme. The optimum extraction conditions were :30 min of extraction time, 45℃ of extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, 600 W of extraction power. The average extraction content was 13.84 mg·g-1, RSD was 4.56%. The process is time-saving, efficient, simple, stable and reliable.
