摘　　要：目的分析吡嗪酰胺片联合盐酸左氧氟沙星片治疗耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)的效果及对患者肺功能的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2019年7月收治的100例MDR-TB患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为参照组和联合治疗组,每组50例。参照组接受常规抗结核治疗,联合治疗组在参照组基础上接受吡嗪酰胺片联合盐酸左氧氟沙星片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后,联合治疗组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、PEFR、FVC%、FEV_(1)%、病灶吸收总有效率、痰菌阴性率、空洞闭合率均明显高于参照组,血清IL-4水平明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吡嗪酰胺片联合盐酸左氧氟沙星片治疗MDR-TB的效果显著,有利于患者肺功能恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of pyrazinamide tablets combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB)and its influence on pulmonary function of patients.Methods A total of 100 MDR-TB patients admitted from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into reference group and combined treatment group by random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment,and the combined treatment group received pyrazinamide tablets combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),PEFR,FVC%,FEV_(1)%,total effective rate of lesion absorption,sputum negative rate and cavity closure rate in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,while serum IL-4 level was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pyrazinamide tablets combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of MDR-TB has a significant effect,which is beneficial to the recovery of pulmonary function of patients.
