摘 要:目的探究丙泊酚配伍小剂量芬太尼静脉麻醉在胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月130例拟行静脉麻醉下胃镜检查患者作为研究对象,以简单随机化法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。在胃镜检查中,对照组实施丙泊酚静脉麻醉,观察组实施丙泊酚配伍小剂量芬太尼静脉麻醉。比较两组的麻醉相关指标。结果观察组胃镜置入时的SpO_(2)高于对照组,HR、SBP、DBP低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃镜检查5 min时HR、SBP、DBP低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为15.38%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的胃镜检查时间、麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间均短于对照组,丙泊酚用量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚配伍小剂量芬太尼静脉麻醉应用于胃镜检查中,可更好维持患者SpO_(2)、HR及血压的稳定性,降低不良反应发生率,缩短检查及苏醒时间,减少丙泊酚用量。Objective To explore the application effect of intravenous anesthesia of propofol combined with low-dose fentanyl in gastroscopy.Methods One hundred and thirty patients who planned to undergo gastroscopy under intravenous anesthesia from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization method,with 65 cases in each group.In gastroscopy,propofol intravenous anesthesia was performed in the control group,and intravenous anesthesia of propofol combined with low-dose fentanyl was performed in the observation group.The anesthesia related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results At the time of gastroscope placement,SpO_(2) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while HR,SBP and DBP were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);at 5 min after gastroscopy placement,the HR,SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.38%,which was lower than 40.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The gastroscopy time,anesthesia induction time and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the dosage of propofol was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intravenous anesthesia of propofol combined with low-dose fentanyl for gastroscopy can better maintain the stability of SpO_(2),HR and blood pressure,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,shorten the examination and recovery time,and reduce the dosage of propofol.
