七味三芎汤治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的效果及对氧化应激指标、血栓前状态指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨七味三芎汤治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的效果及对氧化应激指标、血栓前状态指标的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年6月收治的60例老年冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,以抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予七味三芎汤治疗。比较两组的疗效、氧化应激指标、血栓前状态指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MDA水平低于对照组,GSH-Px及SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ADP、AA诱导血小板聚集值及D-D、FIB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论七味三芎汤治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的效果显著,可调节氧化应激指标,改善血栓前状态。Objective To explore the effect of Qiwei Sanxiong decoction in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease angina pectoris and its influences on oxidative stress index and prethrombotic state index.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris treated from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qiwei Sanxiong decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,oxidative stress index and prethrombotic state index of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet aggregation value induced by ADP and AA,D-D and FIB levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Qiwei Sanxiong decoction in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease angina pectoris has a significant effect,it can adjust the oxidative stress index and improve the prethrombotic state.
