摘　　要：目的:优选复方白鲜皮湿疹方最佳提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验基础上,采用星点-响应面设计,以绿原酸、白鲜碱和盐酸小檗碱含量为评价指标,选取提取溶剂倍数、乙醇浓度、提取时间和提取次数4个因素进行Box-Behnken设计,筛选复方白鲜皮湿疹方的最优提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%,溶剂倍数11倍,提取时间2 h,提取次数3次。经3次验证试验,最佳工艺提取的绿原酸、盐酸小檗碱、白鲜碱的OD值为11.27,与预测值11.19比较,偏差为-0.71%。结论:采用星点设计-响应面法优化复方白鲜皮湿疹方的提取工艺,所得方法简单可行,且具有良好的预测性。Objective:To optimize the best extraction process of the Fufang Baixianpi Shizhen Prescription.Methods:Box-Behnken design response surface method was used based on the results of single-factor experiment.Four factors including extraction solvent multiple,ethanol concentration,extraction time and extraction times were selected for Box-Behnken design to screen the optimal extraction process of Fufang Baixianpi Shizhen Pre-scription with the content of chlorogenic acid,dictamnine and berberine hydrochloride as evaluation indicators.Results:The optimum extraction process conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 50%,solvent multiple11 times,extraction time 2 h and extraction times 3 times.After three verification tests,the OD value of chlorogenic acid,berberine hydrochloride and dictamnine extracted by the best process was 11.27,which was a d eviation of-0.71%compared with the predicted value of 11.19.Conclusion:The extraction process of Fufang Baixianpi Shizhen Prescription was optimized by central composite design response surface method.The method is simple,feasible and has good predictability.
