麦粒灸结合运动疗法对后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折术后膝关节功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察麦粒灸结合运动疗法对后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折术后膝关节功能康复的影响。方法:纳入62例后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折术后患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各31例。对照组患者术后采用常规西医康复疗法,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上结合麦粒灸治疗。治疗4周后记录患者治疗前、治疗后膝关节疼痛VAS评分,Lysholm膝关节功能评分和关节活动度。门诊定期随访,分析两组患者术后膝关节的功能康复情况。结果:所有患者均获随访,随访时间3~12个月,两组患者术后膝关节疼痛VAS评分均较术前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组患者膝关节疼痛VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后3个月、6个月膝关节Lysholm评分及膝关节活动度均较术前明显提高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者术后3个月、6个月膝关节Lysholm评分及关节活动度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期运用麦粒灸结合运动疗法对后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折术后进行康复治疗,可明显改善患者术后膝关节的疼痛,提高膝关节的活动度,加速膝关节术后功能恢复。Objective:To study the effect of grain moxibustion combined with exercise therapy on the functional rehabilitation of the knee joint after Posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)avulsion fracture.Methods:Totally62 patients with PCL tibial avulsion fractures were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,with 31 cases in each group.Patients were treated with conventional Western medicine rehabilitation therapy after operation in control group,and patients in treatment group were treated with grain moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The VAS scores,Lysholm knee function scores and joint range of motion were recorded before and after treatment,four weeks after treatment.Regular follow-up visits were conducted in the outpatient clinic to analyze the functional rehabilitation of the knee joints in the two groups.Results:All patients were followed up for3-12 months.The VAS scores of knee joint pain decreased after surgery in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group showed lower pain VAS scores than control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm scores and range of motion of knee joints were significantly improved at 3 rdmonth and 6 thmonth after surgery in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group showed higher Lysholm scores and range of motion of knee joints than control group at 3 rdmonth and 6 thmonth after surgery.Conclusion:Early application of grain moxibustion combined with exercise therapy for rehabilitation after posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures can significantly relieve the pain of the knee joint after the operation,increase the mobility of knee joint,and accelerate the functional recovery of knee joint after surgery.
