摘　　要：通过查阅和整理国内外相关研究资料,对肾康宁的药物配伍、临床应用、实验研究及毒性等方面进行归纳总结,为肾康宁治疗慢性肾炎的基础研究和临床应用提供参考。肾康宁复方中8味中药相须相使,相辅相成,共同发挥固肾健脾、补中益气、渗湿利尿等功效来改善慢性肾炎,且临床应用过程中安全性良好。This paper summarizes Shenkangning’s drug compatibility,current clinical application,experimental research and toxicity by consulting and sorting out the relevant researches at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for the basic research and clinical application of Shenkangning in the treatment of chronic nephritis.There is a compatibility of mutual reinforcement and complement among the eight traditional Chinese medicines in Shenkangning,which can improve chronic nephritis by strengthening the kidney and spleen,replenishing Qi,infiltrating dampness and diuresis.And Shenkangning was found to be safe in clinical application.
