摘　　要：总结卢传坚论治产后脱发的临床经验。卢传坚认为产后脱发患者多因产后气血亏虚,精血不能荣于发,加之多种环境及情志因素诱发导致。因此,治疗上应立足产后妇女多虚多瘀的生理特点,重在固肾健脾,疏肝理气,兼顾活血化瘀,并根据患者体质辨证施治,辅以中药外洗方及重视情志疏导,每获良效。To summarize professor LU Chuan-jian’s clinical experience in treating postpartum alopecia.Professor LU believed that postpartum alopecia was mostly caused by postpartum deficiency of Qi and blood,inability of vital blood to flourish hairs,and triggered by a variety of environmental and emotional factors.Therefore,the treatment should be based on the physiological characteristics of postpartum women with more deficiency and stasis,focusing on strengthening the kidney and spleen,soothing the liver and regulating Qi,giving consideration to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and treat according to the syndrome differentiation of patients’constitution,supplemented by external washing prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and paying attention to emotional counseling.
