摘 要:建立一种液相色谱通用方法分析甲磺草胺悬浮剂和水分散粒剂。用乙腈溶解试样,以乙腈和0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,使用以ZORBAX SB-C_(18)为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,在230 nm对试样中的甲磺草胺进行定性和定量分析。结果表明,甲磺草胺线性相关系数为0.9997,在悬浮剂和水分散粒剂中的标准偏差分别为0.1446和0.1764,变异系数分别为0.3618%、0.2350%,平均回收率分别为100.30%、100.64%。此方法准确、简便﹑快速,适用于悬浮剂和水分散粒剂等剂型中甲磺草胺的测定。A general HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of sulfentrazone in SC and WDG.The samples were extract by acetonitrile,then separated and analyzed quantitatively on ZORBAX SB-C_(18) column and UV detector at 230 nm,using ACN and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of sulfentrazone was 0.9997,the standard deviation were 0.1446 and 0.1764,the variation coefficients were 0.36%and 0.23%,the average recovery rates were 100.30%and 100.64%in SC and WDG.This method is simple,quick,accurate and suitable for the analysis of sulfentrazone in SC and WDG.
