添加不同水平发酵枣粉对关中奶山羊产奶性能的影响

摘　　要：为研究发酵枣粉对奶山羊产奶量、奶品质和经济效益的影响,试验选择年龄(2~3岁)相近、胎次(2胎)相同、泌乳初期(15~20 d)的健康状况良好的产奶期母羊24只,随机分成4组,每组6个重复。对照组不添加发酵枣粉,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在全混合日粮(TMR)中添加精料量4%、8%、12%的发酵枣粉。试验期90 d。结果表明①在试验21~90 d期间,各试验组产奶量显著高于对照组(%P%<0.05);②料奶比Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组显著低于其他各组(%P%<0.05),饲料成本试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(%P%<0.05);③试验组奶山羊乳蛋白、乳脂肪、乳糖和非脂固形物含量均显著高于对照组(%P%<0.05);④试验组羊只乳房炎发病次数和发病率显著低于对照组(%P%<0.05)。综上所述,在关中奶山羊TMR中添加发酵枣粉,能够提高产奶量,改善奶品质,降低料奶比和产奶饲料成本,促进机体免疫力,降低乳房炎发病率。按精料量的8%在TMR添加效果最好,综合效益最高。In order to study the effect of fermented jujube powder on milk yield of dairy goats,milk quality and economic benefits,24 health milking ewes of the similar age(2~3 years old),the same parity(2 births)and the early lactation(15~20 days)were randomly divided into 4 groups,there were 6 replicates in each group.There was no addition of fermented jujube powder in the control group;In group I,II and III,the concentrates of 4%,8%and 12%of fermented jujube powder were added respectively in Total Mixed Rations(TMR).The test lasted was 90 days.The results showed that:①During the period of 21~90 days,the milk yield of each experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);②The feed milk ratio of groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05),and the feed cost of groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly higher than the control group and groupⅠ(P<0.05);③The milk protein,milk fat,lactose and non fat solids in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);④The number of incidence and the rate of mastitis in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding fermented jujube powder to TMR in Guanzhong dairy goat can increase milk yield,improve milk quality,reduce feed milk ratio and feed cost,promote immunity and reduce the incidence mastitis.Addition of 8%of concentrate in TMR is the best addition amount for gaining highest benefit.
