宽胸气雾剂治疗气滞血瘀型急诊心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宽胸气雾剂治疗气滞血瘀型急诊心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法采用真实世界研究法(RWS),将119例气滞血瘀型急诊心绞痛患者随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。观察组给予宽胸气雾剂治疗,对照组给予硝酸甘油片治疗。比较两组的心绞痛缓解、心电图及舌下微循环变化情况。结果观察组的心绞痛缓解总有效率为90%,对照组为88.12%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为3.3%,对照组为13.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过观察心绞痛发作及缓解时心电图变化,观察组的总有效率为73.33%,对照组为72.89%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过观察患者的舌下微循环变化情况,观察组的总有效率为75%,对照组为74.58%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宽胸气雾剂能够有效改善气滞血瘀型冠心病的心绞痛症状,且副作用小。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of broad-chest aerosol on emergency angina pectoris patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods 119 patients with emergency angina pectoris with Qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by real world study(RWS).The observation group was treated with broad-chest aerosol,and the control group was treated with nitroglycerin tablets.The relief of angina pectoris,ECG and sublingual microcirculation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris relief in the observation group was 90%,and 88.12% in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.3% in the observation group and 13.6% in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 73.33% and that of the control group was 72.89%,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).By observing the changes of sublingual microcirculation in patients,the total effective rate of the observation group was 75%,and that of the control group was 74.58%,with no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Broad-chest aerosol can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and the side effects are small.
