摘　　要：目的比较1320nm Nd:YAG激光与红蓝光治疗炎症性痤疮的疗效。方法60例以面部皮损为主要表现的中重度炎症性痤疮患者,根据治疗方法的不同随机分为红蓝光组和1320nm Nd:YAG组,每组各30例。治疗前后均采用痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)进行评分,计算痤疮消退百分比,比较两组的治疗总有效率,观察不良反应发生情况。结果采用1320nm Nd:YAG激光治疗的总有效率为86.7%,红蓝光组的总有效率为60%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论1320nm Nd:YAG激光治疗炎症性痤疮的效果优于红蓝光,且不良反应较少。Objective To compare the efficacy of 1320nm Nd:YAG laser and red and blue light in the treatment of inflammatory acne.Methods Sixty patients with moderate to severe inflammatory acne mainly presented by facial skin lesions were randomly divided into red and blue group and 1320nm Nd:YAG group according to different treatment methods,with 30 patients in each group.Before and after treatment,acne comprehensive grading system(GAGS)was used to score,the percentage of acne regression was calculated,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results The total effecrive rate of 1320nm Nd:YAG laser treatment was 86.7%,and that of the red and blue light group was 60%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1320nm Nd:YAG laser therapy has an advantage over blue and red light in treating moderately to severe inflammatory acne.There are fewer adverse reactions.
