益母生化散与益母生化合剂治疗奶牛胎衣不下的效果差异性和药物经济学分析

摘　　要：评价、对比益母生化散与益母生化合剂治疗奶牛胎衣不下的临床疗效,并进行药物经济学分析。选取气血凝滞型胎衣不下奶牛为研究对象,采用随机区组方法将纳入的受试奶牛分为益母生化散组(n=114)和益母生化合剂组(n=102),分别灌服益母生化散(每头500 g)或益母生化合剂(每头500 mL),每天1次,用药1~3次。结果表明,与益母生化合剂组比较,益母生化散组治疗奶牛胎衣不下的临床效果好(P<0.05),给药次数显著减少(P<0.01);且药物经济学分析显示,益母生化散组的成本/效果优于益母生化合剂(P<0.05)。对比益母生化合剂,益母生化散治疗奶牛胎衣不下的效果好,成本低,具有成本效果优势。The present study was conducted to evaluate the therapeutic effect and cost-effectiveness ratio of Yimu Shenghua San and Yimu Shenghua mixture in the treatment of cows affected with retained placenta. Two hundred and thirty-four cows with blood stasis syndrome were diagnosed with retained placenta and allocated with randomized block to Yimu Shenghua San group(n=114) and Yimu Shenghua mixture group(n=102), then Yimu Shenghua San(500 g per cow)or Yimu Shenghua mixture(500 mL per cow) was drenched to the animals once daily for 1-3 day(s). The results showed that the cure rate was higher(P <0.05) and less times of administration(P <0.01) in Yimu Shenghua San group compared to the Yimu Shenghua mixture. The cost-effectiveness ratio was superior(P <0.05) in the two groups by cost-effectiveness analysis. Compared with Yimu Shenghua mixture, Yimu Shenghua San had good effect, low cost and cost-effective advantage in the treatment of cow placenta retention.
