摘　　要：在甘肃不同生态区域收集宽叶羌活种苗,制定宽叶羌活种苗质量分级标准,为宽叶羌活规范化种植提供理论依据。以宽叶羌活单根鲜重、根粗、根长为评价指标,将收集到的33份宽叶羌活种苗采用K均值聚类法分为3类,根据聚类分析结果和生产实际制定宽叶羌活种苗质量分级标准。结果显示,甘肃省宽叶羌活种苗划分成3个等级:一级种苗单根鲜质量2.1 g≤W<3.0 g,根长19.0 cm≤L<26.0 cm;二级种苗单根鲜质量W≥3.0 g,根长L≥26.0 cm;三级种苗单根鲜质量1.2 g≤W<2.1 g,根长12.0 cm≤L<19.0 cm。建议宽叶羌活移栽种植中将一级种苗作为主要生产用苗。To collect Notopterygium franchetii Boiss.seedlings from different ecological areas in Gansu Province,and formulate seedlings quality grading standard in order to provide theoretical basis for standardized cultivation of N.franchetii Boiss..The root fresh weight,root diameter and root length of the single root were taken as the evaluation indexes,and the 33 collected seedlings were divided into 3 categories by K-mean clustering method,the quality grading standard of the seedlings was established according to the clustering analysis results and production practice.The seedlings of N.franchetii Boiss.in Gansu Province were divided into three grades:The per plant root fresh weight of the first-grade seedling was2.1 g≤W<3.0 g,the root length of seedling was 19 cm≤L<26 cm;the per plant root fresh weight and root length of the second-grade seedling was more than 3.0 g,26 cm,respectively;the per plant root fresh weight of the third-grade seedling was 1.2 g≤W<2.1 g,the root length of seedling was 12 cm≤L<19 cm.It was suggested that the first-grade seedlings shoule be taken as the main production seedlings in transplanting cultivation.
