摘  要:观察微电流对鸡新城疫病毒的杀灭效果。测定微电流对鸡胚的最大无毒剂量;选用硫代硫酸钠磷酸盐缓冲液作为中和剂,采用悬液定量杀毒试验,测定微电流对水中鸡新城疫病毒和鸡粪中鸡新城疫病毒的杀灭效果。结果显示,微电流对水中鸡新城疫病毒作用2 min即可达到98.04%灭活效果,3 min内能全部灭活病毒,病毒灭活率达100%。以鸡粪作为有机干扰物,微电流对鸡新城疫病毒的杀灭效果比纯病毒悬液下有所延缓,但作用3 min也能达到98.04%的灭活效果,4 min内能全部杀灭病毒。提示微电流完全符合《兽用消毒剂鉴定技术规范》要求。To find a new disinfection method to prevent poultry infectious disease,the killing effect of microcurrent on Newcastle disease virus was observed. The maximum non toxic dose of microcurrent to chicken embryo was measureds,sodium thiosulfate buffer was used as neutralizer,and used suspension quantitative toxicity test,the killing effect of microcurrent on Newcastle disease virus in water and Newcastle disease virus in chicken manure was determined.The results showed that the killing effect of micro-current on Newcastle disease virus in water was very fast,98.04% of the virus could be killed in 2 min,all the virus could be killed in 3 min,and the inactivation rate of the virus was 100%. Using chicken manure as organic distractor,the killing effect of microcurrent on Newcastle disease virus was slower than that of pure virus suspension,but98.04% of the virus could be killed in 3 min,and all of the virus could be killed in 4 min. The results showed that the micro-current is a new disinfection method with great research potential,which fully meets the requirements of technical specification for veterinary disinfectants.
