杜仲叶粉对肉兔生长性能、肌肉品质及胃肠道发育的影响

摘　　要：选用120只体质量接近、健康状况良好的35日龄断奶肉兔,随机分成4组,每组30只。分别饲喂杜仲叶粉添加量0(对照组)、2%、4%、6%的饲料,预试验期7 d,试验期30 d。结果表明,添加杜仲叶粉能显著影响生长肉兔平均日采食量(ADFI,P<0.01)、平均日增重(ADG,P<0.01)、料重比(F/G,P=0.01)、肌肉亮度和肌肉红度(P<0.01);对肌肉pH值、肌肉黄度及胃肠道发育无显著影响(P>0.05)。各组间比较,4%添加组ADFI、ADG、肌肉亮度显著高于其他组,极显著降低F/G和肌肉红度(P<0.01)。提示饲粮中添加4%杜仲叶粉可显著提高生长肉兔生长性能,改善肉品质,提高饲料报酬。One hundred and twenty 35-day old weaned healthy meat rabbits with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 30 replicates in each group. Rabbits in 4 groups were fed diets added with 0,2%,4% and 6% Eucommia ulmoides leaves powder,respectively. The trial lasted for 7 days for adaptation,and 30 days for test. The results showed that adding Eucommia ulmoides leaves powder had significantly influence on the average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG),food/gain(F/G),meat light values and meat red value(P<0.01). However,there were no difference among the groups on meat pH,meat yellow value and gastrointestinal development(P>0.05). Among different groups,4% adding Eucommia ulmoides leaves powder had significantly increased on ADFI,ADG and light value and decreased F/G and meat red value(P <0.01). The results indicated that the dietary 4% Eucommia ulmoides leaves powder can extremely increase the growth performance,improve meat quality,and enhance feed conversion of meat rabbits.
