象思维是中兽医临床辨证论治的核心

摘　　要：象思维是中兽医思维的重要环节,也是构筑中兽医医药理论的重要桥梁之一。象思维以藏象学说为理论基础,从脏、腑、奇恒之腑的相互关系及经络联属关系入手,对畜禽机体产生的气血津液的运行和输布、脏腑的生理活动和病理变化等进行阐释。中兽医工作者运用阴阳、五行为说理工具,依据畜禽生理活动和病理变化显现的"象"进行思维,指导辨证论治,是启迪临床中探索辨治的智慧,是从事临床工作的灵魂和动力。象思维为中兽医发展起到了深远的影响,同时,也深刻影响着中药学的发展。Xiang thinking is an important part of the thinking of Chinese veterinary medicine,and also one of the important bridges to construct the theory of Chinese veterinary medicine.The Xiang thinking is based on the theory of visceral manifestation.It uses the interrelationship between the viscera,the fu-organs,and the extraordinary organ,the affiliation of the meridians,and the movement and transfusion of the qi,blood and body fluid produced by the body of livestock and poultry to complete the physiological activities and pathological changes of the viscera and fu-organs.Traditional Chinese veterinarians use yin and yang and five-behavior theory tools to guide the differentiation of symptoms and signs of livestock and poultry based on the"images"that appear in the physiological activities and pathological changes of livestock and poultry.This is to enlighten the wisdom of exploring differentiation and treatment in clinical practice.It is the soul and motivation for clinic.Xiang thinking has exerted a profound influence on the development of Chinese veterinary medicine.At the same time,it has also profoundly influenced the development of Chinese medicine.
