摘 要:为有效提升冬季道路微波除冰效率,对微波辐射端口高度进行了一定研究。在微波除冰机理分析的基础上,通过COMSOL Multiphysics建立仿真模型,研究微波场分布特性和辐射端口高度对除冰效率的影响,并采用微波除冰室内试验对仿真结果进行验证。结果表明:冰层具有透波特性,微波能够透过冰层加热路面;在竖直方向上,微波在波导中正弦变化,在辐射腔中略有降低,在空气中快速衰减,在介质中逐渐损耗;随着辐射端口高度升高,混凝土表面平均微波发热功率和混升温速率都表现为先减低、后升高、再降低的趋势,且在辐射端口高度为55 mm时,平均微波发热功率密度达到最大,为299.30 kW/m,升温速率也达到最快,为1.031℃/s;试验结果与仿真结果一致。因此,道路微波除冰中最佳辐射端口高度应设计为55 mm,这对于微波除冰技术的应用具有一定指导作用。In order to effectively improve the efficiency of road microwave deicing in winter,the height of microwave radiation port was studied.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of microwave deicing,the simulation model was established by COMSOL Multiphysics to study the influence of the distribution characteristics of microwave field and the height of radiation port on the deicing efficiency,and the simulation results were verified by the microwave deicing experiments.The results show that the ice layer has wave transmission characteristics,and the microwave can heat the road through the ice layer.In the vertical direction,the microwave changes sinusoidally in the waveguide,decreases slightly in the radiation cavity,decays rapidly in the air,and gradually loses in the medium.With the increase of radiation port height,the average microwave heating power and heating rate of concrete surface show the trend of first decreasing,then increasing,and then decreasing.When the radiation port height is 55 mm,the average microwave heating power density reaches the maximum,which is 299.30 kW/m,and the heating rate also reaches the fastest,which is 1.031℃/s.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results.Therefore,the optimal radiation port height should be 55 mm,which has a certain guiding role for the application of microwave deicing technology.
