“新工科”背景下化学工程与工艺一流专业建设初探——以合肥学院为例

摘　　要：在社会经济高速发展以及新一轮科技革命浪潮推动下,我国本科教育事业迎来了前所未有的挑战,如何培养出高水平、具有创新精神的人才是当前面临的关键问题。基于此,以国家级特色专业、安徽省应用型本科高校示范专业、卓越工程师培养计划专业、国家工程教育专业认证专业——合肥学院化学工程与工艺为例,系统阐述了在“新工科”背景下,合肥学院在人才培养方案的创新、实践教学体系的设计、实施方案的升级、自主完善新机制的建立等方面的建设概况,并对新时期化学工程与工艺专业的教育改革和人才培养进行了分析,希望为高校教育改革提供一些参考。Driven by the rapid economic development of the country and a new round of scientific and technological revolution,higher education in China is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.How to cultivate outstanding and innovative talents is a key issue currently facing.Chemical Engineering and Technology of Hefei University is a national characteristic specialty,a national excellent engineer training program,an applied university demonstration specialty in Anhui Province,and a national engineering education certification specialty.Under the background of emerging engineering education,we took it as an example to explain the innovation of talent training programs,the design of practical teaching systems,the upgrade of implementation programs,the construction of self-improvement mechanisms,etc.It also analyzed the education reform and talent training of Chemical Engineering and Technology in the new era,hoping to provide some reference for the education reform of colleges and universities.
