半导体激光的能量密度对脱毛治疗有效性、安全性影响的研究

摘  要:为了分析半导体激光的不同能量密度与脱毛治疗的有效性、安全性的相互关系,选取2017—2020年间皖西卫生职业学院附属医院皮肤科收治的女性脱毛患者189例,通过随机数字表法将其分别纳入低能量组、中能量组、高能量组。各观察组采取不同能量密度的半导体激光治疗,并记录治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果表明:光高能量密度有利于快速实现脱毛的治疗效果,但同时会提高并发症的发生率;而低能量密度虽能减少并发症的发生,但脱毛效果较慢;中等能量密度有与高能量密度接近的治疗效果且同时可显著减少并发症的发生率,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the different energy density of semiconductor laser and the effectiveness as well as the safety of depilation.Methods:189 female depilation patients who had been given consent to semiconductor laser treatment in the beauty Department of our hospital from 2017 to 2020 were selected and included into low energy group,medium energy group and high energy group respectively by random number table method.Each observation group was treated with different energy density of semiconductor laser,and the therapeutic effect and complications were recorded.Results:The high energy density of semiconductor laser is beneficial to achieve the treatment effect of depilation quickly,but at the same time it will increase the incidence of complications;while the low energy density can reduce the occurrence of complications,but the depilation effect is slower;Medium energy density has a therapeutic effect close to high energy density and can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
