摘  要:以正硅酸已酯为硅源、硝酸铁为铁源、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,在碱性条件下,通过水热法制备Fe-MCM-48-x(x为铁硅的摩尔比,x=0.005、0.01、0.014、0.02、0.025、0.03、0.04)分子筛催化剂。以罗丹明B的催化降解反应为探针,考察了催化剂的光催化性能。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,掺杂的Fe含量的增加,对催化剂的性能产生了影响。铁硅摩尔比为0.01且晶化温度为110℃时,催化剂对罗丹明B的催化降解性能最佳,在150min内其降解率达到80%以上。Molecular sieve based catalysts Fe-MCM-48-x(x is the molar ratio of iron to silicon,x=0.005、0.01、0.014、0.02、0.025、0.03、0.04)were prepared by hydrothermal method,by taking the cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)as the template,the tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as the source of silicate and the iron nitrate as iron source.The catalysts were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),fourier transform infrared spectroseopy(FT-IR).Their catalytic activity in catalytic degradation of rhodamine B reaction has also been studied.The results indicate that the catalytic performance has changed with increasing the content of supported Fe.The results indicate that catalytic activity increases markedly,when the Fe/Si is equal to 0.01 and crystallization temperature is 110℃.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the degradation rate of rhodamine B was up to 80%in 150 min.
