摘　　要：国家体育行业资格技能鉴定与高等体育专业教育都是保证人才供给的重要环节,经过多年的发展,互有合作,也有不足。采用文献资料法与实地调研法对4省份行业资格与教育融合问题进行调查与分析。结果表明:顶层设计需要协同发展的育人理念,而体育专业教育需要主动融入技能鉴定等育人事务。the qualification skill appraisal and higher physical education in sports industry in our country are important links to ensure the supply of talents.The research holds that the top-level design needs collaborative development of the concept of education,and physical education needs to actively integrate Access to skills appraisal and other educational affairs.
