摘 要:为了准确评估聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维的热稳定化程度,综合采用红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热分析仪以及梯度密度计对不同稳定化程度的PAN纤维样品进行测试并获得其相对环化率、环化度以及体密度等指标,分析了这些表征方法的特点并对比评估这些表征方法的适用性。结果表明:3种评估方法都能够定性反映纤维样品的热稳定化程度变化,其中样品的相对环化率及体密度变化趋势一致,表明两者能够定量地评估该纤维样品的稳定化程度,而环化度仅适用于评估热稳定化程度较低的样品。In order to evaluate the extent of thermal stabilization of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fiber accurately,the relative cyclization ratio,cyclization index and bulk density of PAN fiber samples with different extent of stabilization were obtained by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and density gradient column methods,respectively.The characteristic and applicability of these evaluation methods were analyzed.The results indicated that the extent of thermal stabilization of PAN fiber can be qualitatively evaluated by the adopted methods.The relative cyclization ratio and bulk density of samples showed similar evolution trends which indicated they may quantitatively evaluate the extent of thermal stabilization of PAN fibers while cyclization index was only suitable for PAN fibers with lower extent of stabilization.
