相容剂对涤纶/锦纶/氨纶混合化纤材料改性聚丙烯性能的研究

摘　　要：为提升涤纶/锦纶/氨纶等回收材料的利用价值,分别以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)、甲基丙烯酸酸水甘油酯接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-GMA)为相容剂;经平板硫化机预处理、造粒、注塑等加工过程,从力学性能、微观结构两个方面对共混改性效果进行了研究。结果表明:PP-g-MAH对拉伸强度、弯曲轻度、弯曲模量这3项力学性能指标更有利,POE-g-GMA对断裂延伸率及冲击强度这两项力学性能指标更有利;利用扫描电镜对材料的表面及断裂面进行了微观分析,表明上述加工工艺及相容剂对材料起到了很好的分散和增容效果。In order to enhance the utilization value of recycled materials such as polyester/nylon/spandex,used maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)and methacrylic acid glyceryl glycol grafted ethylene-octene copolymer(POE-g-GMA)as compatibilizer respectively.After flat vulcanizer pretreatent,granulation,injection and other processing,the effects of mechanical properties and microstructure were studied.The results shown that:(1)PPg-MAH was more favorable for tensile strength,slight bending and flexural modulus,and POE-g-GMA was more favorable for break and impact strength,When POE-g-GMA was selected as the compatibilizer;(2)Surface and fracture surface of the material were studied by scanning electron microscopy,It shown that the above processing technology and compatibilizer had a good dispersion and compatibilizing effect on the material.
