摘 要:为满足新型加热不燃烧卷烟滤棒低吸阻、低过滤的要求,开发出超高单旦醋酸纤维。阐释了超高单旦醋酸纤维的成形过程,分析了超高单旦醋酸纤维的表面形貌、截面异形度、拉伸性能和滤棒吸阻,比较了与其他醋酸纤维的性能差异。结果表明,超高单旦醋酸纤维需通过甬道停留时间的延长或甬道内气体流量和温度的提高实现顺利成形;超高单旦醋酸纤维纵向表面有沟槽,横截面为Y形,且截面异形度大;低吸阻(750Pa)使超高单旦醋酸纤维在新型加热不燃烧卷烟领域具有广阔的应用前景。A cellulose diacetate fiber with super-high denier per filament(DPF)was developed to satisfy the need of low pressure drop and filtration for heat-not-burn cigarettes.Fabrication mechanism of the cellulose diacetate fiber with super-high DPF was explored,and the surface morphology,degree of profile,tensile properties and pressure drop of the fiber were analyzed.In addition,differences in properties between cellulose diacetate fiber with super-high DPF and common cellulose diacetate fiber used in filter rod were investigated.The results indicated that prolongation of time and increases of heated airflow or temperature in spinning duct were conductive to promoting the fabrication of the fiber.The fiber had longitudinal grooves in surface and Y-shaped cross section.Moreover,the degree of profile of the fiber was higher than the common cellulose diacetate fiber.The fiber exhibited a great potential application in heat-notburn cigarettes due to its low pressure drop.
