摘 要:筛选了4种商业改性苯乙烯类耐高温磺酸树脂,考察其在异戊烯低聚反应中的催化性能。通过N2吸脱附及离子交换滴定测试各磺酸树脂的比表面积、孔结构及酸量。结果表明,高表面积、大孔径及高酸量有利于异戊烯的低聚反应。在80℃、2 MPa反应条件下,4种磺酸树脂催化异戊烯反应均主要生成二聚产物;其中DA-330催化剂具有较高的异戊烯转化率和二聚产物收率,且稳定性较好,重复使用5次其催化活性没有明显下降。Four kinds of commercial modified styrene-derived sulfonic acid resins with high temperature resistance are selected and their catalytic performances in oligomerization of isoamylene are investigated.The BET surface area,pore structure and acid amount of sulfonic acid resins are measured by means of N2 absorption-desorption and ion-exchange titration.It is shown that high specific surface area,large pore size and high acid amount are favorable for oligomerization of isoamylene.Under 80℃ and 2 MPa,the oligomerization of isoamylene over these four kinds of sulfonic acid resins mainly produce dimer products.Among them,DA-330 catalyst can lead to higher conversion rate of isoamylene and higher yield of dimers,and shows a good stability.Its catalytic activity has not decreased significantly after 5 times of reuse.
