摘 要:通过连续离子层吸附反应(SILAR)在芳纶表面自组装碘氧化铋(BiOI)光催化剂。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、元素含量分析、紫外-可见分光光度计对复合材料的结构及光学性能进行表征;通过接触角测试复合材料的亲疏水性能。将复合材料应用于光催化降解活性蓝KN-R,考察了不同组装次数的复合材料对KN-R降解效果的影响。结果表明,复合材料表现出优异的疏水性能,组装20次的复合材料,在3 h内对染料的降解率达到90.7%,重复使用5次后催化降解效率仍保持在80%以上,表明复合材料具有防沾污、可降解有机污染物的性能,在多功能防护方面具有潜在的应用前景。Bismuth iodide oxide( BiOI) composites are self-assembled on the surface of aramid fabrics through continuous ion layer adsorption reaction( SILAR). The structure of the composites is characterized by XRD,SEM,and ICP analysis,the optical property is evaluated by UV-Vis,and the hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties are measured by contact angle.The composites are applied to photo-catalyze the degradation of reactive blue KN-R,and the effect of the SILAR assembly times for the composite on the degradation of KN-R is studied in detail.It is shown that the composites exhibit excellent hydrophobic property.Over the composite that has been assembled for 20 times,the degradation rate of KN-R has reached 90. 7% within 3 hours. After the composite has been reused for 5 times,the catalytic degradation efficiency remains above 80%.It is verified that this composite has the properties of anti-fouling and degrading organic pollutants,indicating a potential application in multifunctional protection field.
