摘 要:巷道底板锚固孔钻进时存在排渣困难、锚固孔成孔效率低、卡钻等问题,通过理论分析和实验室试验的方法,研究巷道底板岩层钻进时钻渣粒径分布特征。理论分析表明岩层被钻进后,形成钻渣的粒径存在多种分布规律,常用描述钻渣分布规律的函数有3种。通过实验室试验可知,采用现场常用的钻头施工锚固孔时,发现在钻进初期产生的钻渣粒径较大,钻渣颗粒的粒径主要集中在0.1~1.5 mm,粒径小于0.1 mm和大于1.5 mm钻渣颗粒分布相对较少,实验室实验结果表明钻渣粒径分布符合正态分布规律。During the drilling of the roadway floor anchor hole, there were problems such as difficulty in slag discharge, low hole formation efficiency of the anchor hole, and stuck drill. Through theoretical analysis and laboratory test methods, the characteristics of particle size distribution of the drill slag during drilling of the roadway floor rock layer were studied. Theoretical analysis show that after the rock formation is drilled, there were various distribution rules for the particle size of drill slag. There were three commonly used functions to describe the distribution of the drill slag. It could be seen from laboratory tests that when using common drills to construct anchor holes, it was found that the size of the drill slag particles produced in the initial stage of drilling was relatively large. The particle size of the drill slag particles mainly concentrated in the range of 0.1 to 1.5 mm. The distribution of drilling slag particles smaller than 0.1 mm and larger than 1.5 mm is relatively small, and the particle size distribution of the drill slag obtained in the laboratory conforms to the normal distribution.
