摘 要:以某矿8104工作面为工程背景,对综放开采沿空留巷合理支护体宽度进行研究。首先建立综放沿空留巷围岩结构与支护体相互作用的力学模型,分析沿空留巷巷道的稳定条件和支护体的支护阻力公式,揭示了综放沿空留巷稳定机理,得到了综放沿空留巷支护体支护阻力的计算公式。数值模拟巷旁支护体不同宽度对稳定性的影响程度和支护体失稳变形的特征。研究结果表明:在一定范围内,支护体宽度越大,支护阻力越大,其支护强度越强,支护效果越好;在本工程背景下,支护体最合理宽度应为3 m。Taking 8104 working face of a mine as the engineering background, the reasonable support width of gob side entry retaining in fully mechanized top coal caving mining is studied.Firstly, the mechanical model of interaction between surrounding rock structure and support body of gob side entry retaining in fully mechanized top coal caving face is established, the stability condition of gob side entry retaining and the support resistance formula of support body are analyzed, the stability mechanism of gob side entry retaining in fully mechanized top coal caving face is revealed, and the calculation formula of support resistance of support body of gob side entry retaining in fully mechanized top coal caving face is obtained.Numerical simulation of the influence of different width of roadside support on the stability and the instability deformation characteristics of the support. The results show that the larger the width of the support body, the greater the resistance of the support, the stronger the strength of the support, the better the support effect;under the background of the project, the most reasonable width of the support body shall be 3 m.
