摘 要:煤矿井下机电设备的维修费用高,传统的人工检修方式实时性差,难以保障机电设备的可靠运转,采用物联网技术构建煤矿井下机电设备安全监测系统。对煤矿井下机电设备工作特点以及表征煤矿机电设备运行状态的参数进行分析,设计基于物联网的安全监测系统整体结构,确定安全监测系统的工作原理,并设计安全监测系统各级节点的工作流程。The maintenance cost of electromechanical equipment underground in coal mines is high,and the traditional manual maintenance method has poor real-time performance, and it is difficult to guarantee the reliable operation of electromechanical equipment. The working characteristics of coal mine electromechanical equipment is analyzed and the parameters that characterize the operating status of coal mine electromechanical equipment is chosen. The overall structure of the safety monitoring system is designed based on the Internet of Things, the working principle of the safety monitoring system is determined, and the work flow of the safety monitoring system at all levels is designed.
