摘  要:为确定采煤机截齿参数的交互影响,采用EDEM进行煤岩截割模拟试验,以截割速度,截割厚度,截齿安装角,截割距离,截齿锥角为试验影响因素,截割能耗比,煤岩崩落质量,最大阻力为响应指标,采用二次正交旋转回归试验设计,建立响应指标与各影响因素之间的回归数学模型。In order to understand the interaction among conical pick parameters,EDEM was used to carry out coal rock cutting simulation test. Taking cutting speed, cutting thickness, pick installation angle, cutting distance and conical pick cone angle as influencing factors, cutting energy consumption ratio, coal rock caving quality and maximum resistance as response indexes, quadratic orthogonal rotation regression test design was adopted to establish the relationship between response indexes and influencing factors. The mathematical model of regression is established.
