摘  要:为解决杨庄煤矿机巷单体支柱超前支护工作效率低、两帮易垮落的问题,通过对机地质条件的分析,结合理论计算选定并设计了ZQL19500/26/40型整体顶梁两级护帮式机巷超前支架,介绍了该超前支架的主要技术参数、结构特征和控制系统设计要点,为破碎顶板的超前巷道支护提供参考。In order to solve the problem that Yangzhuang coal mine′s single advancing support of the main gate was inefficient and the ribs were easy to cave in. Through the analysis of the geological conditions of the roadway and theoretical calculation, selected and designed the main gate advancing shield of the integral canopy and two-level flipper, type number is ZQL19500/26/40, The main technical parameters, structural features and control system was introduced. That will offer a proposal of the roadway advancing support for broken roof.
