摘　　要：红阳三矿随着开采的深入,其井田范围内的村庄压煤问题已经严重的影响了矿井的生产接续。为了缓解矿井生产接续紧张,从煤矿经济学角度对井田范围内的部分村庄搬迁的可行性进行分析论证。通过论证得出井田范围内4个村庄搬迁后可直接产生经济效益24.41亿元。同时通过对搬迁后形成的土地进行经营分析,未来农业项目建设成后,10 a可实现运营期总收入42 355.70万元,项目盈利9 454.7万元。研究表明村庄是否可以搬迁,不仅要从采煤技术角度分析,同时还要从经济学角度加以论证。结果表明,红阳三矿井田范围内的村庄搬迁从经济学角度能取得较好的经济效益,搬迁方案可行。With the deepening of mining in Hongyang No. 3 coal mine, the problem of pressing coal in the villages within the mine field has seriously affected the continuity of mine production. In order to relieve the shortage of coal mine production, analyzes the feasibility of the relocation of some villages in well-field system from the angle of coal mine economics. It is concluded that the economic benefits of the four villages within the well-field system area will be 2.441 billion Yuan. At the same time, through the management analysis of the land formed after the relocation, after the construction of future agricultural projects, the total income of 10 years can be 423.557 million Yuan, the project profit94.547 million Yuan. The study shows that whether the village can be relocated should be demonstrated not only from the point of view of coal mining technology, but also from the economic point of view. The results show that the village relocation within the Hongyang No.3 mine field can also obtain better economic benefits from the economic point of view, and the relocation plan is feasible.
