摘  要:采用离子液体热合成法制备了镉钼磷(CdMoP)系列复合氧化物催化剂,并通过FTIR、XRD、SEM、TEM及XPS对催化剂物化性质进行了表征。结果表明,离子液体不仅能够进入CdPMo-80(离子液体体积分数80%,下同)催化剂骨架,还能将P元素固定于催化剂中,从而呈现出有序增长的层状结构且具有较多强酸中心。以环己烯氧化制备环氧环己烷为探针反应,考察了CdMoP-80复合金属氧化物催化剂的催化性能。在催化剂用量0.2 g、质量分数为30%的过氧化氢4 mL、环己烯2 mL、乙腈4 mL、55℃下反应4 h后,环己烯转化率为99.2%,环氧环己烷选择性为96.6%。制得的催化剂在使用4次后选择性基本未发生改变,保持较高水平,转化率下降至75%左右。A series of cadmium molybdenum phosphorous(CdMoP) composite oxide catalysts were prepared by ionic liquid thermal synthesis. The physicochemical properties of catalysts were characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM, TEM and XPS techniques. The results showed that ionic liquid could enter the framework of CdPMo-80(volume fraction of ionic liquid 80%, the same below) and immobilize element P in the catalyst, which presented a layered structure with orderly growth and had more strong acid centers.The catalytic performance of CdMoP-80 composite metal oxide catalyst was investigated by using cyclohexene oxidation to cyclohexane oxide as probe reaction. The conversion rate of cyclohexene was 99.2%, and the selectivity of cyclohexene oxide was 96.6% under the conditions of catalyst dosage 0.2 g,mass fraction 30% hydrogen peroxide 4 m L, cyclohexene 2 m L, acetonitrile 4 m L, reaction temperature 55 ℃ and reaction time 4 h. After being used four times, the prepared catalyst exhibited almost unchanged selectivity and maintained a relatively high level, while the conversion rate reduced to about 75%.
