摘  要:月季是国际鲜切花贸易的重要种类,瓶插液是延长鲜切花寿命的主要手段。目前市场上的瓶插液大多含有毒性成分,限制了其应用范围。刺天茄作为我国传统中药材,具有杀菌抑菌功能。为了研究刺天茄对扦插月季的保鲜效果,筛选出对月季保鲜效果较好的瓶插液配方。本研究以刺天茄3种浸提液为瓶插液成分,将“卡罗拉”月季作为切花材料,从切花形态指标和瓶插液理化指标两方面,分析了刺天茄不同浸提液和浓度对月季瓶插寿命的影响。结果表明:刺天茄3种浸提液的10个处理中,7.5 mL·L^(-1)乙醇浸提液处理形态指标效果最好,瓶插时间最长,在瓶插pH、盐度、TDS、微生物数量、蒸发量等物理和生理指标方面也存在优势。Chinese rose is an important species in the international fresh-cut flower trade,and vase solution is the main means to extend the life of fresh-cut flowers.Most of the bottling solutions currently on the market contain toxic ingredients,which limits their application.As a traditional Chinese medicinal herb in China,it has fungicidal and antibacterial functions.In order to study the effect of solanum indicum L.on the freshness of cuttings,and screen suitable formula for cutting rose.In this study,we analyzed the effects of different concentrations of different infusions of the three infusions of solanum indicum L.on the life span of‘Corolla’moonflower from the morphological indexes of cut flowers and the physicochemical indexes of the bottling solution.The results showed that 7.5 mL·L^(-1) ethanol extract of solanum indicum L.had the best effect on the morphological indexes,the longest bottling time,and the advantage in physical and physiological indexes such as pH,salinity,TDS,microbial population,and evaporation in the bottle.
