摘 要:为寻找烧结烟气循环基础适宜取气区域,在前人实验室试验基础上根据烧结循环烟气成分与温度对烧结矿质量影响规律,结合烧结机长度方向五段烟气特征,对烧结烟气循环工艺适宜取气区域进行了定性分析;同时对国内外6种典型烧结烟气循环工艺取气区域进行探究。得出结论:烧结烟气循环工艺可依次优先将阶段5、阶段4、阶段1(即烧结机长度方向90%~100%、60%~90%、0%~10%区域)作为取气区域。In order to find the most suitable gas extraction area in basic sintering flue gas circulation process,the researcher studied previous laboratory tests,and qualitatively analyzed suitable gas extraction points in sintering flue gas circulation process according to the influence law of sintering flue gas composition and temperature on sinter quality.Taking the characteristics of five section flue gas in the length direction of sintering machine into consideration,the researcher analyzed the rationality of gas extraction areas of six typical sintering flue gas circulation processes at home and abroad.It was concluded that the 5th,4th and 1st section(90%~100%,60%~90%and 0%~10%along the length of sintering machine)of sintering flue gas circulation process can be selected as the gas extraction area in turn.
