摘  要:某线路60kg/m U71Mn钢轨服役10个月后,在日常探伤检查作业中发现一处钢轨轨头部位探伤出波,波幅达到100%,判定为轨头内部重伤。为了分析钢轨探伤不合的原因,取探伤不合钢轨试样采用人工复探方式对伤损进行定位,并对该部位进行微观检验分析,发现钢轨轨头表面存在外力造成的冷态形变伤损,伤损面平滑,对超声波形成反射,从而引起探伤异常回波。建议钢轨探伤作业出现探伤不合时,应对钢轨表面状态进行检查,如果出波部位存在表面伤损,应对表面修磨后再进行复探,以排除钢轨表面伤损引起的异常回波。After a 60kg/m U71Mn rail had serviced for 10 months on a certain line,an abnormal wave was found in the daily ultrasonic flaw detection test for the rail head,and the wave amplitude reached 100%,which was judged as serious flaw inside the rail head.In order to analyze the reasons of the abnormal wave in the railhead,the defect was located by manual re-probing,and microscopic examination and analysis were carried out on this part.It was found that there was cold deformation damage caused by external force on the rail head surface,and the damaged surface was smooth,which reflected ultrasonic waves,thus causing abnormal echo of flaw detection.It is suggested that the rail surface should be inspected when abnormal wave is found in the ultrasonic flaw detection.If there is surface damage at the outgoing part,the surface should be re-inspected after grinding,so as to eliminate the abnormal echo caused by the surface damage of rail.
