摘  要:绕线型异步电机由于其结构设计特点,运行过程中容易受碳刷灰及各种金属粉尘影响,产生导电粉尘聚集,导致转子绝缘低,引发各种故障。以某炼钢厂一台340kW绕线型电机转子为例,分析了绕组受潮、绝缘污染及受损等各种现象的起因,提出一整套相应的处理方案,解决了转子绝缘低下的问题,取得了良好的效果。Winding asynchronous motor is easy to be affected by carbon brush dust and various metal dust during operation due to its structural design,resulting in accumulation of conductive dust,which leads to low rotor insulation and various faults.Taking the rotor of a 340kW winding type motor in a steel mill as an example,the causes of various phenomena such as winding damp,insulation pollution and damage are analyzed,and a set of corresponding treatment schemes are put forward to solve the problem of low insulation of rotor,and good results are obtained.
