摘 要:目的分析四川省崇州市儿童手足口病发病情况及病原学特征。方法收集2017—2020年四川省崇州市各医院报告的手足口病患儿信息,分析手足口病重症病例分布特征及病原学分布情况。结果 2017—2020年,崇州市儿童手足口病共724例,年均发病率分别为25.17/10万、32.74/10万、21.79/10万、29.61/10万,呈逐年升高趋势。重症病例以男性、年龄0~<3岁、散居儿童为主。共检测手足口病病例标本573份,其中阳性314份,2017、2019年以肠道病毒71型为主,2018年以EV71和其他肠道病毒为主,2020年以柯萨奇病毒A组16型为主。结论崇州市儿童手足口病发病率呈逐年升高趋势,重症病例有人群特征。Objective To investigate the incidence and pathogenic characteristics of hand,foot,and mouth disease among children in Chongzhou,Sichuan Province,China. Methods The incidence information of children with hand,foot,and mouth disease reported from all the hospitals of Chongzhou from 2017 to 2020,was collected. The distribution of severe cases and the pathogenic distribution were analyzed. Results A total of 724 children with hand,foot,and mouth disease were reported in Chongzhou from 2017 to 2020. The annual incidence rate was 25.17/100000,32.74/100000,21.79/100000,and 29.61/100000,respectively,showed an increasing trend. The severe cases were mostly boys,aged 0-<3 years old,and living scattered. A total of 573 samples were detected,in which 314 were positive. Enterovirus 71(EV71) was the dominant pathogen in 2017 and 2019,EV71 and other enteroviruses in2018,and coxsackievirus A16 in 2020. Conclusion The incidence of hand,foot,and mouth disease tend to increase among children in Chongzhou. Severe cases showed some particular features.
