摘　　要：【目的/意义】对中文学术论文中的外文文献引用特征的充分挖掘和系统分析是了解国内学者的外文文献资源使用规律,从而促进外文资源合理利用的有效手段,也是完善论文质量评价体系和制订文献保障战略的重要研究课题之一。【方法/过程】从论文审稿人和指标评价角度,对外文文献利用的主观意愿、期刊质量相关性、研究主题特征等要素进行了深入分析。【结果/结论】实证研究结果显示,期刊审稿人对外文文献的价值一致持肯定态度,期刊外文引文率和影响因子之间存在显著的正相关关系。不同的研究主题因国际化程度不同,外文引文率有较大差异。【创新/局限】通过定量方法发现和解释了中文学术论文中外文参考文献的引用模式。【Purpose/significance】Mining the citing behaviors of international publications from Chinese papers is an effective technique to analyze the usage of international publications of Chinese scholars,so as to improve the utilization of international publications and the evaluation system on academic publications,and to develop proper literature guarantee strategy of for academic research.【Method/process】In this paper,the motivation of citing international publications,the correlation between reference ratio of international publications and journal quality,and distribution of research topics are investigated in terms of attitude from reviewers and bibliometric indicators.【Result/conclusion】The results of case study show that,most reviewers maintain a positive attitude on citing international publications.Besides,the reference ratio of international publications is significantly correlated with journal impact factors,while it is varying between different research topics because of distinct degree of internationalization.【Innovation/limitation】The citing patterns of international publications in Chinese academic articles have been detected and explained through quantitative analysis.
