摘 要:为探究级配碎石基层厚度对沥青混凝土路面的载荷耐受力的影响机制,通过回弹模量试验,得到级配碎石材料回弹模量的非线性承载力模型,结合ANSYS有限元软件模拟级配碎石材料的非线性承载力,得出了级配碎石作为沥青路面柔性基层,回弹模量取值范围为280~350 MPa之间。针对不同结构的级配碎石基层沥青路面进行结构计算分析,得出了基层厚度变化对沥青路面力学性能的影响规律,结果表明:随着基层厚度的增加,面层底拉应力、拉应变均相应减少,疲劳寿命略有增加(1.94%~5.37%之间)。研究结果为深入理解级配碎石基层结构与性能提供了理论和实验基础,为沥青路面疲劳寿命分析提供依据。In order to explore the influence mechanism of the thickness of the graded macadam base on the load bearing capacity of the asphalt pavement,a nonlinear load-bearing capacity model of the resilient modulus of the graded macadam base was obtained through the rebound modulus test.Combined with the ANASYS finite element software,the nonlinear load-bearing capacity of the graded crushed stone material was simulated,the resilient modulus range of the graded macadam base was obtained,i.e.280-350 MPa.Based on the structural calculation and analysis of the asphalt pavement with graded macadam bases of different structures,the influence of the base layer thickness on the mechanical properties of the asphalt pavement was obtained.The results showed that both the tensile stress and strain at the bottom of the surface layer decreased with the base layer thickness increasing,and the fatigue life slightly increased(1.94%-5.37%)with the thickness increasing.The results provided a theoretical and experimental basis for the further understanding of the structure and performance of the graded macadam base,and provided a basis for the fatigue life analysis of asphalt pavements.
