摘 要:为判断在某发射试验中,发射平台是否有安全隐患,平台可支撑多少工作人员同时进入操作间处理操作、检查、拍照记录等工作,亟需在理论上对平台的承重能力和应力分布情况进行分析,为某系统发射试验提供技术支持。在该实例中,首先对活动平台台面的结构和平台支撑设计方式进行介绍,在此基础上应用Abaqus/Standard作为求解器,对平台的承载能力建立几何模型并加载求解,进行应力分析、变形分析和承载力分析,最终得出发射平台的实际承载能力及工作人数。In order to judge whether the launch platform has potential safety hazards in a satellite launch experiment,and how many staff members could be supported by the platform to enter the operation room at the same time to handle operations,inspections,photograph records,etc.,the load-bearing capacity and stress distribution of the platform were theoretically analyzed,to provide technical supports for the satellite launch tests.In this example,the structure of the platform and the design method of the platform support were introduced first.On this basis,the Abaqus/Standard software was used as a solver to build the geometric model of the platform’s bearing capacity,then loaded and solved it.The stress analysis,deformation analysis and bearing capacity analysis were carried out.Finally,the actual carrying capacity of the launch platform and the number of workers were obtained.
