摘 要:针对9HS-170型黄贮饲料收获机(一代样机)田间试验存在的甩刀易损坏、传动系统转速不匹配、抛送装置入口堵塞等问题,对该机具切割滚筒及传动系统进行改进设计,以提高工作部件的稳定性和可靠性,以及改善整机的作业性能。在传动系统切割滚筒主动链轮、螺旋输送器主动带轮及抛送装置主动带轮中,通过增设离心式离合器结构,保证机具平稳起动、运行,防止负荷过载而损害零部件。通过理论分析与计算确定了甩刀转速及排列密度,并采用SolidWorks软件对甩刀结构与排列方式、机具传动方案进行了改进。根据国家标准对改进后样机进行田间作业性能试验,试验结果表明,机具使用可靠性、标准草长率及收获损失率分别为91%、88.3%、2.6%,各项指标达到了国家标准相关技术要求。Aiming at the problems of flail knife easy damage,unmatched transmission system speed,and blockage of the entrance of throwing mechanism in field test of the 9 HS-170 yellow corn straw fodder harvester(Generation I),the cutting drum and transmission system of the machine were improved,to enhance the stability and reliability of the working parts,and improve the operation performance of the machine.In the cutting drum active sprocket,spiral conveyor active pulley,and throwing device active pulley of the machine driving system,the centrifugal clutch structure was designed to ensure the smooth start and operation,and to prevent overloading and damaging the machine parts.Through the theoretical analysis and calculation,the rotational speed and arrangement density of the flail knife were determined.The structure and arrangement of the flail knife and the transmission scheme of the machine were improved by using the SolidWorks software.According to the national standard,field test of the improved prototype was conducted,and the results demonstrated all indexes reached relevant technical requirements of the national standard,with the machine reliability of 91%,the standard straw length of 88.3%,and the harvest loss rate of 2.6%.
