摘 要:植物在生命周期中会受到多种病原微生物的侵染,严重的会导致植物死亡,对农业生产造成严重的影响。部分植物与病原物互作进化的过程中产生防御反应,并形成自身的防御系统。植物抗病性是当今植物界研究的热点和难点问题之一,细胞壁是植物防御病原物侵染的第一道屏障。当病原物物侵染植物后,引起细胞壁的防御反应,诱导细胞对细胞壁进行修复,参与细胞生命活动的某些信息传递,并发生一系列的防御反应,细胞壁在植物抗病过程中起着重要的能动作用。本文综述了植物与病原物互作过程中细胞壁的结构抗性、生理生化抗性、分子抗性以及抗病信号转导的研究进展,并提出今后研究的重点和方向。Plants will be infected by a variety of pathogenic microorganisms in the whole life cycle,which can cause plant death in severe cases and seriously affect the agricultural production.Some plants produce defensive responses and form their own defensive systems during the evolution process of the interactions with pathogens.The plant disease resistance is one of the hotspots and difficult issues in the plant research.The cell wall is the first barrier for plants to defense against pathogen infections.When a pathogen infects a plant,it causes the defense response in the cell wall,induces the cell to repair the cell wall,participates in some information transmission of cell life activities,and a series of defense responses occur.The cell wall plays an important active role in the process of plant disease resistance.The research progress of structural resistance,physiological and biochemical resistance,molecular resistance,and disease resistance signal transduction of the cell wall during the process of the plant and pathogen interaction were reviewed,and the emphasis and direction of future research were proposed.
